EcoTech is proud to present Radion G6. The G6 model confirms the success of the current Radion platform, significantly improving light output and colour. The new Radion features a new array of LEDs and a hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating optical system that takes the Radion's capabilities from best-in-class to most extraordinary.

Blu or Pro, EcoTech aims to offer the best of what is technologically possible.

In the aquarium, you will enjoy more intense colors, increased fluorescence and an optimal balance between bright light and actinic light. Since its inception, Radion has set the standard for full spectrum LED aquarium lighting. The sixth generation pushes the limits of color rendering and fluorescence without sacrificing the famous flexibility that satisfies users' desires. With the addition of 395nm diodes, the G6 goes deeper into the UV range, achieving a new level of fluorescence for corals and fish. Both Blue and Pro models also feature a rebalancing of the color channels and LED (diode) mix to increase the most flexible and balanced spectrums available in aquarium lighting.

WIDE COLOR SPECTRUM ANATOMY G6

395nm: Releases more fluorescence on fish and corals.

400-450nm: Cluster rebalancing with more blue and deep blue increases fluorescence, color rendering, and provides a new level of tuning in the blue spectrum between clear and actinic.

460-580nm: The reduction of the spectral emission in the mid range maintains the expression of color in the pigmentation, while allowing the use of higher power to obtain an emission that is more photosynthetically and aesthetically useful.

665nm: Proper use of long wavelength diodes provides light output useful for coral photosynthesis and visual color balancing.

The G6 Hybrid Hemispherically Edge Illuminating (HEI2) optical system, combined with the LED placement and form factor, delivers beautiful brilliance, super color mixing, ultra-smooth PAR, mind-blowing diffusion, and even the ability to adjust the kind of shade of blue you like best.

A spread so wide that it has to be seen to be believed. Radion G6 increases the output from the excellent 110.5 degrees of the G5 to an incredible 126.3 degrees. This improvement was made possible by a change to the primary LED optics, which integrates with the existing HEI (Hemispherically Edge Illuminating) secondary optic (lens) geometry.

Bluer in every sense and beyond. Changes made to the diode mix offer new depths of color intensity. With so much blue, the G6 provides the opportunity to adjust the appearance of blue between actinic and brilliant. Adding 395nm to the LED array takes fish and coral fluorescence to the next level.
